Pariception AB was founded in 2014. The company’s main business is research and development of technical aids for people with deafblindness or other cognitive impairments.
Parivash Ranjbar
CEO of the Pariception and Technology Dr. of Medicine Technology, who graduated from the Nursing School in 1994, and later studied computer engineer, hearing scientists and electromagnetists. In 2009 she completed her doctoral thesis in which she developed different signal processing methods to identify environmental noise. Parivash conducts research that results in technical aids for hearing impaired and deafblind.
Erik Borg
Erik Borg, Med. dr. Professor of Clinical Audiology. retired. Worked with hearing physiological questions from acoustic reflexes, coding of the auditory nerve for various types of damage to localization of sound and skin stimulation to replace the hearing by deafness and educational issues in hearing rehabilitation.
Dag Stranneby
Professor at Örebro University since 1999, Head of Research Unit Modeling and Simulation at the Academy of Science and Technology and chairman of Campus Alfred Nobel, Karlskoga. Today, a civil engineer in electronics at Chalmers University of Technology 1980, Technology Licentiate in 1991 in telecommunications transmission theory at the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) and Technology Doctor in 1996 in Radio Systems Engineering at the Royal Institute of Technology.
